“OK, I have amended my original review from 1 to 5 stars. We got there in the end. The replacement item and an apology has now been received. I am now a happy customer, thanks you. Great initial service and super fast DPD delivery. So why one star? Item I received (squarer sink adapter) was not new. It has clearly been used and even had food/rust marks as well as being filthy. Let’s see how this pans out. Hopefully they will be positive. I’m really surprised as most reviews for the company we fantastic. Not this time”

Dear Mr Black. Its so incredibly disappointing to receive such a negative review. Im really sorry that you have received a product with some marks. What makes it more frustrating is we managed to get you a product you couldn't find anywhere else and we delivered it free of charge within just 1 day! Our Customer service team will resolve this issue very quickly once they return from the Bank Holiday break and they will be in touch to arrange a replacement product to be sent to you. Again, please accept our apologies, we are just as frustrated that the great service we provided in the first place has been wasted by the product you received being faulty.

“My last review was deleted by the company so posting again... I am writing on behalf of my elderly mother, who had to return a tap she ordered due to it being damaged upon arrival. In the two exchanges that followed she was subjected to what can only be described as verbal abuse by their senior customer services representativeat sinks-taps on both occasions. This left my mother extremely shaken and upset. She received a replacement tap which still has an issue, however she chose not to report this as did not want a repeat of this upsetting experience. Poor quality control, appalling customer service and we will never use or recommend sinks-taps again.”

Dear Ben You have now left two of the same reviews. The first review you left was on the product and said exactly the same. You have now also written a third review on Trust pilot saying the same thing. Whilst we take seriously any Customer Service issue and will look into this to see what happened, we do not accept that it is reasonable to leave multiple negative reviews that are inaccurate. “I placed the order online, which was straight-forward, but the confirmation email didn't arrive (neither inbox or junk). After a couple of days, I used the Live Chat to chase up what had happened. I received a quick and helpful responsive, the suggestion was that hotmail can reject auto-generated HTML emails (or something). The email was resent as pdf this time and arrived ok. However, I was then also advised of a delay with supply of the product (water filters) although nothing had been shown on the website, no timescale was given (luckily it was not urgent). Strangely the filters were then delivered three days later. So, overall a reasonable outcome but a bit of a mixed experience.”

Hi Charles Thank you for the review. We have had many problems with stock deliveries arriving late and dates changing without notice. I'm sorry if this caused some confusion. The problem with Hotmail blocking our email, I'm afraid is out of our control. However, its great to see our Customer Service staff were able to think of a solution and send you a plain PDF version that Hotmail didnt block!
