“The process of buying an Insinkerator was easy - Sink-Taps website gave a detailed comparison of the types available so enabling the right one to be selected; ordering and paying for it on line was simple and the Insinkerator was delivered two days later in pristine condition. The fact that Sink-Taps offered the lowest price on the internet was a bonus.”

“We love the simplicity of the taps, so much easier for our grandchildren to use them.One small point with our shower mixer tap ,the water fom the spout flows directly onto the shower hose a little annoying but we can live with it. OOPPPS sorry, I was talking about our new bathroom taps. Our new kitchen tap which we bought from yourselves is excellent,”

“I had to return a tap as it was only suitable for high pressure systems which wasn't clear on the website. Refund promised in 30 days but then the parent company went into liquidation and I was not informed. 3 months later I am trying to claim on my credit card as sink-taps have refused. Poor communication. That said, the sink and other tap I purchased are great, look good and were a fair price.”

“Excellent service by Sink tap.com. Would use again. However the product has let itself down. They look great but handles already worked loosed after only 3 weeks use and the flow is extremely poor.....takes 3 time longer to fill bath than with my old taps. Our pressure in high so not sure what the problem is. Will have to replace in new year as its so frustrating.”

“Took two weeks to deliver an in stock sink and tap. Impossible to speak to anyone. Email customer service poor and slow and completely disinterested in sorting it out. Ignored several requests to cancel. I'd rather pay more and have good service!”
