Dear Mr Chamberlain Your order contained a sink which is showing online with a delivery delay of 4-6+weeks. We would not normally contact you until closer to the delivery time, with an update. “the buying process was simple, product arrived well packed and really happy with the product. (granite sink) , the sink was too large (my error) by the time we went to fit its was over the 14 days from ordering. (but prob not from when i received the item). when asked to return you agreed with a restocking fee which was fair, but i have to arrange my own courier. Most now have a collection service for a standard fee ie 9.95 seems to be the magic number! but to post back due to the size will be awkward.”

“Really easy to deal with, had to email as I hadn't received confirmation that product was on it's way but this was sorted and delivered within 24 hours from that point. However in view of the disruption we are all dealing with I'm pleased with the service.”

“Ordered a pull out Gessi tap, took a long time to arrive and after fitting, found the tap was faulty and leaking from hose head. After enquiring with Sinks-Taps we were just given a Gessi rep phone number who we are now dealing with but after two weeks we are still waiting for a replacement. Not very good service considering how expensive the tap is.”

Hi Charmaine Im sorry you have had this experience. We havce a system in place that normally works really well. All Gessi parts have to be logged and supplied through their UK agent. Normally this is a very swift service that works well. We haven't been informed you have been having problems. “Quoted a delivery time of 3-5 Working days turned into 3 weeks. No update was sent to let me know that my order had been delayed and there is currently no number to call so an email had to be sent. Once the 2nd email was sent I got a response and my delivery was sorted within two days. The items came undamaged and although my delivery was delayed I would probably use again as Lucy sorted the problem quickly once contacted. Hopefully this was just a one off!”
