“I had to wait many months to receive my Perrin & Rowe tap, as each deadline was missed but the sales assistant at Sinks-Taps was absolutely brilliant and kept regularly ringing me to update me on what was happening. She seemed to really care and felt gulity about having to let me down but it was the manufacturer's fault not hers.”
