“The customer service provided sinks-taps.com was outstanding throughout the order and delivery process. The website was easy to use and having placed my order I was contacted by sinks-taps.com to be offered additional advice over the phone. This saved me money on my order and I was quickly refunded by them. The items were delivered on time and the whole process ran smoothly and efficiently.”

“The tap that I ordered was correct but arrived late. There had apparently been a problem at the distribution centre but they had not thought to contact me. This was over a bank holiday weekend, so it was claimed that the delivery was still made "on time", although this was only true if Saturday was considered a non-working day which I would dispute. My complaint about this matter had to be made via e-mail. However, all communication was not even acknowledged. Their claim to match cheaper prices also appears impossible to verify as this too was ignored. I had used the firm a few years ago and found them to be very good. However, post-sales service is clearly no longer even adequate and I couldn't recommend them to anyone.”

Hi. Thank you for your review. I have looked into this to find exactly what happened and what went wrong. However, your order was received on 13th May and we delivered both items by 18th May (Bank Holiday weekend was May 5th or 26th). We don't have any record of emails being sent to us and we have no record of any issue regarding delivery. Could you possibly have us mixed up with another Company? I would like to look into this further if you could provide a copy of the emails you sent? Please send them to enquiries@kad-group.co.uk. We do take Customer Service very seriously and do all we can to make sure we look after customers and put things right when they do go wrong.

“I find the wire basket very useful in my ceramic sink. However, I do wish it was made in stainless steel instead of chrome. The first basket supplied with the V & B Condor 50 sink in 2011 rusted badly. I purchased a new one in April this year. Limescale is difficult to keep off and little brown patches seem to appear on the sink which I clean off on a daily basis. Please Villeroy & Boch will you make a stainless steel basket for the Condor 50.”

“I decided to go for an enamel/granite composite sink made in Germany. I bought on line ...blind as it were ,so I took a chance .I was delighted when it arrived ,well packaged and on a pallet for safe delivery. It has done everything asked of it . Cleans well and is not prone to staining , light in weight to fit and functional.”

“The sink I ordered was not in stock and new supplies were delayed. SINKS-TAPS offered me alternatives but I did not want an alternative. I decided to wait for the sink of my choice. SINKS-TAPS kept me informed of delays which I accepted. My sink was finally delivered some weeks later than first promised but as I was not in a hurry I did not mind. My sink is fabulous, it was worth the wait !!”

“Taps much smaller than they look. Poor flow rate even with high water pressure. Very stiff swivel which was not realised until fitted. Would have returned but would cost more in labour to do this than cost of taps. Would not buy online again.”
