“Delivery was good; After sales help has proved useless. Bought a Fagor oven and hob. Nothing wrong with product or delivery, good value for money too. However, I managed to crack the hob and, it seems, there are no Fagor engineers working west of Llanelli - which was not highlighted in the sales blurb. Also, the promised help from customer services never materialised.”

“Absolutely appalling after care service. All went wrong when I had to send a faulty sink back. They made me pay £20 for the pleasure saying that they would reimburse me if they thought it was faulty. Needless to say they thought it was ok even though my kitchen fitter had agreed with me and said that it was definitely faulty. Worse though is the fact that they said it could take up to 30 days to get my money back as I was entitled to a full refund. More than 2 months on and I am still waiting to get my money back. I have emailed and phoned and left messages for them to get back in contact with me but they have failed to do so. AT ALL COSTS AVOID!”

“We were completely satisfied with the service provided. The initial contact by phone to your staff member was a pleasure, she knew the products, answered all our questions and gave accurate advice on what extras we might need. I used to work in customer service and I can recognise good quality when I meet it. Your delivery date was met and the goods were as ordered.”
