“Feel misled over delivery times and found customer service/management really condescending. Next to item it said delivery 4-6+ weeks. I took that it would be around 4-6 weeks given a couple of weeks. Instead they have a banner down in the description (which i didnt need to read) that says this actually means 4-5 months!! He saw no logic in rephrasing to 4-5 months. Or even 6+ weeks. I'm now at 12 weeks. Another 8 to wait.”

Dear Mr Commins Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry you felt the website page wasn't clear enough or misleading. The problem at the moment is we are in unprecedented times where delivery times are constantly moving due to global supply problems. We have placed a large red banner on the affected products to highlight the delivery dates are approx 4-5 months. At no place on the webpage does it show the product is in stock or available quickly. Most items that are delayed and show the 4-6+ week message are coming in around that time, however, certain Perrin and Rowe products are currently much longer BUT this extended delay will hopefully be resolved shortly and delivery times will be reduced. We appreciate the messages on the website are not ideal and probably could be better, we also accept that not everyone will see the large red banner warning of further delays at the top of the description section. We can only apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.

“Brilliant at every stage. We ordered wrong sink so it was changed very quickly. Deliver quick, installation advice great. My only quibble is that the sink wasn’t really possible in. 400mm although it stated it was and some modifications were required to acocmodate the sink clips and fixings.”

“I recommend this company and will continue to use them - excellent advice and speedy delivery of product. Only issues for me were time taken to respond by phone to my query (not same day even though I called mid morning) and DPD leaving my boxed new sink outside my gate and not even bothering to ring the bell - what if I was away on holiday and/or the local thief had been on the prowl !”

“At this moment in time it is to early to say if the sink is of good quality, as we have only just fitted it. The only thing I can say about the sink is that it lacks any information regarding the installation of the sink if you are going to install the sink under the counter as we have. On the web site it say’s the the sink can be installed above the counter worktop or below it. They provide the necessary fittings and instructions for above installation but nothing for below installation. When installing the sink for under-counter you have to construct some form of support frame to take the weight of the sink, this is not straight forward as the base of the sink is not flat.”

“Very disappointed so far with Sinks-Taps. I ordered an expensive kitchen tap 12.6.22. The delivery was slow and I had to chase the company to get an update. Which is not ideal. I was told by Richard there had been a delay in Germany which is fair enough in the current climate. The tap turned up on 23.6.22. When the tap arrives it had a small dent and mark (you could see the gold brass) on the handle. Very annoying and frustrating. I've emailed the company asking what I do now but have not had a reply. Very worrying as a reputable business would always reply within 24 hours. I will wait until the end of the week before taking the matter further. It's a real shame as I would much rather be leaving a good review!”
