“Used Sink-Taps/Kad Group for supply of a Perrin & Rowe kitchen tap. Easy to deal with via phone or email. Tap was in stock and paid for next day delivery and it arrived via DPD. Good result. Wish I had gone to them earlier in the process. Would certainly use again”

Hi Kirsten Many thanks for leaving a positive review for us. The email confirmation is sent automatically but unfortunately we are not in control of this being delivered by your email provider. Many emails which contain HTML / links can be seem as spam/junk by your provider and either blocked or sent into your junk/spam folder. We have made as many changes as we can to minimise this happening but some providers such as hotmail and outlook are impossible to get a 100% success rate. We appreciate it is an issue and apologies for any inconvenience caused. You can log into your account to get confirmation of your order and download an invoice. “I purchased a new tap which was faulty. I had been in contact with Richard from customer services prior to this and he was very helpful and efficient. He arranged a replacement, however, we are still waiting, 3 weeks later. So I will be requesting a full refund so that I can purchase a tap elsewhere.”
