“1. Money is charged when order is placed, but the items take up to 3 months to be delivered. 2. Payment doesn't register in the system, and it's up to the buyer to make sure the order goes thru. (And no apology.) 3. Order comprising several items won't be delivered in two installments - when part of the order is in stock and the rest may take a couple of months to arrive - unless you want to pay double carrier's fee. 4. Items "available" on the website aren't necessarily in stock, so if you need a speedy delivery, you might get a nasty shock.”

“After looking on the web site, i rang up with a query, very polite and helpfull, got the sink i wanted the next day to collect, conducted inspection while i was there to make sure the item was perfect before i took it, plus the best price any where, very good experiance to buy off sinks-taps.”
