“Very good looking stainless steel tap that almost looks like a sculpture - important in a kitchen/dining room. The design is simple and clean, so easy to clean. I like the separate tap and source of filtered water, opposite to the dual cold and hot taps.”

“Paid for next day delivery of a kitchen sink well within the 1pm cut-off time. Didn't arrive. No response to email chasing it. Arrived the following day, no apology and no refund of extra monies paid for non-existent next day delivery. Useless.”

“Order placed on 23rd August. Four weeks later and I have received no goods and no communication whatsoever. Logged into my account, which was set up when I placed the order and this shows order is still “Pending”. I emailed over a week ago and still no response. Would appreciate a reply asap!”

“Tap is fine but delivery poor ....placed order on Wednesday arrived the following Wednesday. The order was not processed until the Tuesday before delivery Wednesday...delivered by DPD.”

HI David Its really disappointing to receive a negative review when you had selected the FREE delivery service which is shown online as an average of 5 working days and your order was delivered on the 5th working day! Your order was processed on the day it was ordered and a long process of picking, inspecting and packing the tap was completed days before it was dispatched to you. We are a small team working under incredibly difficult circumstances and receiving a negative review for delivering a £56 tap with free delivery within the exact time frame advised at the point of order, is somewhat difficult to understand.

“I haven’t received my products yet despite ordering on the 25th of August. They currently do not have anyone to answer the phone and I am yet to receive a response to my email sent over a week ago.”
