“Great Customer Service on phone. Was able to have all my queries answered on kitchen tap and hand-spray I wanted to purchase and got a price match. Products were well-packaged and were delivered within the time-scale stated.”

“Easy to order and great choice. Items arrived in perfect condition. Only bugbear I had was I paid £12 for delivery and selected my day. I then received an email saying part of the order was going to be delivered by a different company and could be on a different day. If I’m paying £12 and selecting my preferred delivery date, I want it on that date, not a different one.”

“Item ordered late on a Friday evening and received the following Tuesday so dispatch timescales very quick, item well packaged for courier delivery and in perfect condition (not yet installed). First time I've used this supplier but will certainly use again - item cheaper than on other sites.”

“I spent a long time on-line looking for the right tap and when I found it I 'phoned sinks-taps to order it only to find they had discontinued it . They suggested an alternative, that looked the same as the one I liked which was a better quality and much cheaper. In addition, I expected delivery of the tap 3-4 days from the order date and was delighted when it came the next day. Great advice and service. I'm happy.”

“Not fitted as yet but want to say how pleased I am with the look of the taps and sink. Delivery was to time and being on an over sized pallet and boxed extremely well ensured no damage as seen so far. Have already recommended sinks-taps.com.”
