“Good website with planty of detail. When an item I had bought which required a special order proved to be no longer available they dealt very efficiently and helpfully with an alternative product, checking whether it was suitable. However DHL made the delivery and their online systems were completely unable to cope with the change from a delivery to my address to one at their own designated delivery point”

“Ordered a sink and tap for a Saturday delivery. When you select an item, you are told if you order that item before a certain time of the day, you can get a next day delivery. Each items cutoff time is different, some 1pm some 3pm for the items I selected anyway. Once items are in your basket you are offered a delivery option using a calendar. The Saturday delivery was still available so I opted for that at a cost of £25 compared to a Monday delivery for example at a cost of £12.50. Some sites deliver for free bear in mind but I thought it was worth paying the £25 if I’m going get what I want on the day I need it as I’m purchasing at the last minute. Stayed in all day Saturday and Neither items have arrived and had no contact to say why or even if they been dispatched at all. It says on website that you can track items but when you try to do so, you are asked to sign in. I’m a guest member so have no login details. I looked on website to see if you can check tracking anywhere else without the need to log in but I couldn’t see anything personally. I have a plumber booked in today (Sunday) to fit sink and tap as I work during the week like most of the country and he has kindly gone out of his way to fit me in on his weekend off. I have no sink or tap for him to fit. I now have the embarrassing pleasure of ringing him up and apologise for messing up his precious weekend. These tradesmen are busy people like me and don’t like to be messed around so I don’t even know if he will reschedule at all until I grovel and apologise for wasting his time and my money of course. Thank you TAPS.Com for making the process really easy!!! Finding the items you want, value for money, selecting your own delivery days etc was really easy and clear so 5 stars for that, it’s the important bit which happens after this that gets 1 star from me.”

“Excellent customer service, having made a mistake with my order initially I made a quick phone call to sort it out and they were very pleasant on the phone and quickly realised the error I had made and corrected it there and then. Taps arrived within 2 days and they were well packaged with no damage at all. Well done to them 👍👍”

“Having paid extra to get my tap delivered within two days on a Friday, five days later I'm still awaiting delivery, hopefully late this afternoon by DHL who apparently three days ago were 'suffering delivery issues'. Sinks-Taps closed on Saturday morning when I tried to call them as I would have cancelled my order and simply gone down the road to a store to get the new kitchen tap we urgently needed. So, unable to write any kind of review on the tap itself, but in an age where delivery next day of an in-stock item isn't difficult, not impressed to still be waiting five days later. Look forward to my delivery charge refund.”

Hi Juliet We did dispatch your tap on the correct day and booked DHL to deliver on Friday 18th as requested. Unfortunately DHL had some sort of a delay in transit and delivered your tap on the Monday (next working day). Whilst we appreciate this is incredibly frustrating, we do advise customers (when placing the order on the website) that delivery dates cannot be 100% guaranteed. From the date you placed your order, the tap was delivered within just 3 working days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

“Bought a 1/12 bowl granite sink,as i dont have the hole saw to drill for the tap they did it for me,it cost £20 but the bit is more,i was informed very quickly about my order and recieved a delivery within a few days,the driver/delivery guy was very polite and helpful,great reliable service.”
