“Sink didn't have an overflow as described. Also no template for cutting the worktop. The reason for such a poor rating is that they did not respond to my e-mail.”

Dear Alan Thank you for your feedback. The sink shown on the website does show in the bullet point list that NO Overflow is included. Maybe you read this as overflow included so I have asked our IT to put this line in bold. Hopefully this will make it clearer for anyone else reading it. The template is not supplied with this model as worktops can be fitted in a number or ways to suit both the material used and the customers design. We have no record of any email being sent to us. However, if you replied to the order email, this is not a monitored address. We do have a technical department available on 01759 307262 should you wish to talk to someone. Regards, Richard.

Dear Bara Thank you for your feedback. Im afraid that standard refunds can take up to 4 weeks depending on the volume of requests in the system. Your particular refund did take 4 weeks from the date at which the item was returned. The delay was related to the investigation into the reported product fault as it was inspected before dispatch and was not reported as faulty or damaged. Any product that is returned damaged has to go through this procedure and can I'm afraid add a small amount of additional time to complete.

“Good quality product as you would expect from a brand, although this company is just the middle man. Poor customer service when enquiring how long my delivery would take, they dont reply to emails so you have to phone and chase them. The 3 stars is for the product I ordered not for the company purchased from.”

Dear Mr Dawe Thank you for your feedback. We are a little confused over the points made. You placed the order for a granite sink on the Evening of the 3rd March. Within 2 working days we had inspected the sink and also modified the sink by drilling a tap hole for you (We are not simply a middle-man). The sink was then delivered FREE of CHARGE within just a few days. We receive 1000's of emails each week and sometimes they get caught up in spam or Junk. Many customers also reply to the 'no reply' order confirmation which is not monitored. However, we do show our telephone number very clearly on the website and always recommend calling and speaking to a human being. Many customer don't have any contact numbers for you to call. We prefer to speak to customers and assist with any problems they may have. On the 14th March you telephoned and spoke to a member of the customer service team to advise that you could not find a waste seal for the sink. On the same day we arranged for a replacement waste seal to be posted straight out to you, without any delay. All in all, I think to take a granite sink, drill the tap hole and have it delivered FREE of CHARGE within just a few days is pretty good service. Then on top of that to ensure a lost waste seal is provided FREE of CHARGE and posted the same day is not that bad. If you can offer any ways we could improve this service further, please call us, we are always happy to look at ways of improving our systems.
