“The sink was as expected good size but unfortunately the waste trap which was supplied is a European size fitting and didn't come with a UK size connector which we had to purchase separately.”

Hi Keith The waste adapters are pre-packed at the factory. If they are missing, we can get some posted out to you without any cost to yourself. I'm sorry if this caused any inconvenience but had you called us to let us know, we would have sent some to you on overnight DPD express service. “I purchased a double ceramic sink and two basket strainers, whilst delivery was estimated at 7-10 days, after 16 days of not hearing or receiving anything I tried to get in touch. I eventually got through via live chat and there was a simple explanation, they were just waiting for the basket strainers to arrive in stock. I was told the order would be dispatched 2 days later and indeed it was, arrived on time very professionally packed so as not to cause damage, and big notices on the package advising to check the order on delivery, and to call straight away if damaged in anyway. Would definitely recommend this company, I would have just appreciated a little communication to say the order had been delayed.”

“Really pleased with the ease of ordering, the quick delivery and the functioning of our kitchen tap. It came delivered with all the components laid out so neatly and clearly in a padded box, so not to damage anything, which we were impressed with. Our plumber said that the tap was easy to fit and didn’t need any extra parts like some taps do. There were comprehensive instructions, which he didn’t need. I’d highly recommend this tap - it looks great, the height makes it easy to fill a kettle, the levers are easy to operate - especially if your hands are wet or dirty - and the water flow is perfect! Thank you so much!”
