“I have been waiting a little while for my tap but I suppose in the current climate of lockdowns etc this is understandable,. they have replied quickly to my emails and kept me updated about delivery.”

Hi Rob. The handset you ordered was showing online with a delivery time of 4-6 weeks. The stock is due to arrive next week and will be delivered slightly ahead of time on week 5. We have limited staff available but I cannot see any emails from you. We also have LIve Chat available on the website for instant help if needed.

“Still waiting for my customer's tap which I ordered and paid for 4 weeks ago. No contact, offices closed what ever time of day you call, customer now has no tap and I will have to purchase another for her at our cost is someone doesnt respond to my emails asap...”

“Goods arrived promptly and as ordered. Packaging was slightly crushed but did not affect the contents which were in good and undamaged condition. Fortunately, they are made of firm metal or stiff plastic construction.”

“Took the money even though the item was out of stock after several attempts at communication said the accounts deot would refund in 24-48 hours and 14 days later after once again going on live chat eventually got the refund. Very very poor service and why take money knowing the item was out of stock”
