Found what I was looking for at a good price (Franke sink and taps). The delivery time was not particularly fast (over 1 week) and I would have liked a chance to have tracked my order to see when it would arrive as my kitchen fitter was waiting to install the sink. Also part of the overflow kit was missing from the sink, although the package said it had been inspected and was complete. It then took a further week to receive the missing part which was quite inconvenient.

Quick service. Good product. It was a bit disheartening to read a disclaimer next to tap saying that if there is discoloration on the tap that is normal and is just the property of this type of taps. Luckily the one sent to me had no such issues. However, this makes me think twice before ordering again (in a shop I can simply check and select one that is ok: on an expensive tap, the +20% price is worth knowing you are buying what you want).

The panto taps i purchased from you were faulty -- the hot tap lever did not stand at 90 degrees more like 82-- unfortunately for me the kitchen fitter who replaced my kitchen,6 weeks later,and spending hours fitting my double ceramic sinks,did not advise me of the situation.I was left feeling very dissatisfied with my purchase.However i managed to contact Frankie last week and they sent me a new ceramic washer,that did not solve the problem,I contacted them again and they sent me a replacement lever.Regards Terence Boutell.--- your product did seem to be good value at the time of purchase.

We bought a sink and a tap. The appearance of both is very good, as is the functionality of the sink. Unfortunately the design of the particular tap we chose is not that functional in that there's a big pressure drop on the hot water which means it produces little more than a trickle. The cold water is off the rising main so it's more than acceptable. Will probably end up taking professional advice to find a tap more suitable to our system.

Delivery was good; After sales help has proved useless. Bought a Fagor oven and hob. Nothing wrong with product or delivery, good value for money too. However, I managed to crack the hob and, it seems, there are no Fagor engineers working west of Llanelli - which was not highlighted in the sales blurb. Also, the promised help from customer services never materialised.

Quick response and pleasant service marred only by late delivery of tap due to late manufacturer delivery. Would have helped if we had been told that there was a further delay. But the sink was delivered on time with no problem so assume this is the norm.

Bought the second tap (German) so pleased with the first after 4/5 years but not the price it has risen from £60 to £90 but still a brilliant tap

Whilst happy with my purchase I was less than happy the enclosed flyer, which if i remember correctly seemed to put a very short limit on time to report defects . Superficially my taps looked fine and only when I came to fit (a week or so later) did I discover that one of the supply threads in the base of the tap was poorly machined. I did have doubts as to whether it would allow a proper connection (but it did) . But a combinination of the defect and the immediate inspection requirement got me wondering whether products were seconds and as such I'd probably chose another supplier in the future . ( I may very well be wrong on this, but thats the impression I formed - so may be something for you to consider)

Delivery was very slow. Waited for almost 2 weeks. No communication from sinks-tap.com until I chased my order. No apology given. However the price was the best online! Having the items installed this week.

Very functional mixer tap, had your last tap for about 8 years but the spout and taps didn't wear very well on the outside and looked very worn consequently we bought our present tap.and hope it wears a little better.

The delivery of the sink was incredibly quick, arriving well within the time originally stated - couldn't fault this part of the transaction. The sink itself is good but the tap we got with it is pretty shoddy and will need replacing soon.

Sink-taps site showed that the ISE EVOLUTION 200 Waste Disposal Unit was a replacement for the faulty model that I was replacing. When it arrived it did not fit as was too large. I paid for the return of the ISE EVOLUTION 200 Waste Disposal Unit and for a new smaller sized model. This whole process was very good. The ISE EVOLUTION 200 Waste Disposal Unit was received back and I was advised it passed inspection on 4th July 2013. Whilst I paid for these items before receiving them, Sink-taps have not refunded me my money for the ISE EVOLUTION 200 Waste Disposal Unit even though they have the unit back. I have to pay first - they can refund up to a month later. Does not seem fair!

Ordered a sink drainer from website. received a nice phone call message saying unavailable (but why on website then?) and would I like a different colour? replied by e mail but have not had a reply No order made
