“Could see by the packaging that the item had been opened and checked before delivery, the only disappointing thing is that I could not track on line and therefore didn't have an exact delivery date but would use this web site again.”

“Placed order on 3rd of June......still no sign of sink.....earliest date given is week starting 6th of August....I believe things shouldn't be advertised if they are not available at the time of order......I will probably have to wait 3 months before I can complete my kitchen...was offered other sinks and taps...but that defeats the object of picking the perfect sink and tap unit for your own new kitchen......I wait with baited breath for news of my delivery......meanwhile losing interest on monies paid”

“Although a mistake in the postcode(not my fault) sent my tap to the wrong address, and I had to wait over a week I found the staff(Rachel) very helpful, I'm delighted with the tap and made a saving of £40 on DIY store prices. I would not hesitate to shop with you again. Peter Hand”

“The ordering process was great - with real attention from staff as the website wasn't working in our favour! So then got the delivery of our sink very quickly as requested which they sorted out straight from the manufacturer. Very good service and the product is in place and performing well.”
