“Excellent service over the phone. Mid-afternoon, so check made as to whether product could be packaged in time for next-day delivery, which it was. (Carrier e-mail information also very good - arrived within 5 minutes of earliest estimated delivery time!) Filter installed with no significant problem by kitchen fitter. Appears to be good quality product, effective and easy to use.”

“Sinks-Taps. Really helpful and good service on the phone. Would love to give a good review. Sadly their method of delivery is nothing less than appalling. Got one phone call to say delivery would be in an hour. Missed the call. Hence no one home, as we were not informed of day of delivery. No card through door. Left it 5 days then rang to see where sink was. In a holding warehouse apparently. GOOD JOB I RANG. No communication from delivery company or Sinks -Taps. Had to pay an additional £39 to have another delivery. One week after original delivery attempt, again just 1 hour notice. Driver then expected me to lay the huge box down to inspect the sink. Very sad, so many good companies out there that could have made a well communicated delivery. If you want good reviews Sinks-Taps change your delivery service.”

“I struggled to find a replacement tap for a low power system until I found your website, which had just what I wanted and at a good price. Ordering and delivery were straightforward and the tap came well packaged and in A1 condition. I didn't fit the tap, but was advised by my plumber that everything needed to fit the tap was included. Many thanks”

“This purchase stood out in that the customer service was actually helpful. Too often these days, this area is where companies do poorly or not at all. After advice, changed from Franke to buying an Abode kitchen tap. So far, this seems to handle our very very hard water and by far is the best constructed in terms of chrome finish and handle motion (comparing to 2 previous taps, one very expensive tap and another cheaper UK). Quick delivery.”

“Thank you for despatching our waste disposal unit which is in working order. We were very impressed with your delivery service - next day with the driver telephoning us when he would arrive. It was also very entertaining to track where the delivery van was positioned. Full marks.”

“I ordered a Bluci Piazza 1 1/2 sink with drainer. I was able to speak to a knowlegible sales assistant and ordered ti via the phone Plenty of time was allowed for the delivery man to bring it in and check it with me. Delivered promptly and on time so couldnt ask for better service.”
