“Website said tap was in stock..when it actually wasn't..then said it would be in next couple of days and it wasn't. I don't mind things being late as long as it says so on the website.”

“Trying to track an order placed on 31 July but no-one to phone and emails bouncing back. Payment of over £200 went through. I am giving you the benefit of the doubt during these difficult times but would appreciate some sort of communication.”

“Ordered a tap 5th August with expected delivery of 8th. Now the 13th and no delivery. Phones are not manned & no response to 2 emails. Appalling customer service. I want to cancel the order but can't see how I can even do that.”

“Both taps sent by the manufacturer are faulty. This is however no reflection on sink-taps. I understand Richard is working hard to resolve this. I am hopeful this issue will be fully resolved. I will again (hopefully) re-edit to ***** :) which will reflect this.”
