“Great products and price..Although A MASSIVE delivery charge for being in the north of Scotland!!!... shouldn't be punished for living on the same island! Charged for a pallet delivery which arrived by Fedex! Other than the disappointment in that, the product was well packaged and spot on. Would be 5 stars if this was addressed”

“Ordering, payment and delivery were very straightforward. Communication was just right - not too much and not too little and products arrived when they said they would. Delivery was not quite as we would have expected, though no fault of Sinks-Taps. We ordered two sinks - the first stainless steel one arrived and was just left in our hallway without us knowing. We had a fitter fitting a radiator and he said they just knocked on the door and before he could get there they were gone, but we did have 24 hrs to inspect it and all was fine. The second heavy ceramic one arrived today. I had hoped for a call to state time of arrival, but didn't get one so I was in the middle of my lunch when it arrived. The delivery driver was very helpful and assisted me in getting the sink out of the box to check it, and then putting it back in. Again all was fine. I would certainly look at Sinks-Taps again for further purchases.”

“Great service and very helpful and delivered the Next Day!!!! Perrin and Rowe item genuinely in stock (unlike other suppliers who claimed it was, took my money and then told me I would have to wait for 4 to 6 months because they had just sold the last one.........thank you barclaycard for getting my money straight back). Use these guys, they have stock and they honest.”

“I recently placed two orders with Sinks-Taps. On the first I had a technical query answered on line within minutes, and the second I had a computer glitch issue which again they dealt with immediately. Definitely worth 5 stars. PS the first order has been delivered promptly and well packaged.”

“I placed an order 3 business days ago and I haven't heard any more about my order, it still appears on the system as pending. I have contacted the Sinks-taps.com team for an update and haven't had a response. I'm not impressed.”

“The whole experience was great, simple to order on the website and no unnecessary emails or pop ups. The sink was in stock as the website stated. It was delivered within the stated timeframe and the delivery guy called a day before and was extremely helpful. I cannot attach the picture as it is not yet installed but 10 out of 10!!!”
