Normally we would would send all items together on one delivery. However, in order to meet the delivery date we had promised, we had to send the two items from different depots. We did make sure they arrived on the same day, just in two parcels, rather than one. Appreciate it would have been better for our Customer Service team to have remembered to send you an email. Dear Mr McDermott I think you may have made a mistake leaving us a 1star Review! You placed your order online for a Ceramic sink on Tuesday Evening. During checkout, you selected the FREE DELIVERY option which states delivery is an average of 3-5 Working days. On Thursday, our Customer Services team emailed you notification that the specialist delivery would be with you on Monday 17th (4 working days) along with the requirement to be there to accept and inspect the sink. As we are more than happy to accept negative reviews when we have made a mistake or let a customer down, in this case we feel your 1 star star review doesn't reflect the service or situation you have described. We would be grateful if you could revise your review accordingly? Although we are closed on a Saturday we also had a member of staff try to contact you this morning on both your home and mobile number. There was no reply on either number so hopefully you will pick up this response over the weekend. You can try LIVE CHAT on our website over the weekend to speak to a member of staff for further info.

“Amazingly good customer service! I spoke to a polite and friendly chap who put my mind at rest over a query I had before ordering. This company is a pleasure to deal with. The sink is fabulous quality and the tap which came free with the sink is far better quality than ones I had looked at previously. I have purchased a whole kitchen over the internet in the last two weeks and this company has been by far the best on quality, speed of delivery and customer service. A big well done from a very happy customer.”

“I had an issue with the colour of the sink I received, the salesman I spoke to was very helpful, with advice and instructions how to return item. Also arranged delivery for alternative sink, on a day I requested. Very happy”
