“I Just realised I have given this company a poor review: bad customer service; premium rate number etc. but I had them mixed up with a company with a similar name with a co.uk website. Sinks-taps.com have provided excellent and speedy service and they are not re-sellers so they know the products. I hope the reviews.co.uk people realise my error and remove my last mistaken entry.”

Dear Irene. Unfortunately you reported the body of the tap had some marks on it approx 3 weeks after taking delivery. Whilst we try to do everything we can to resolve issues we were unable to provide a replacement due to the timescale involved. Any goods reported faulty or damaged within a reasonable time frame ( 5-7 days) are replaced at our cost. As a gesture of goodwill we will offer a credit of £15 to be used on any further purchases at sinks-taps.com.

“Found what I was looking for at a good price (Franke sink and taps). The delivery time was not particularly fast (over 1 week) and I would have liked a chance to have tracked my order to see when it would arrive as my kitchen fitter was waiting to install the sink. Also part of the overflow kit was missing from the sink, although the package said it had been inspected and was complete. It then took a further week to receive the missing part which was quite inconvenient.”

“good delivery but package says has to be checked straight away for any missing parts. When plumber came to fit taps one part missing chrome seal which sits on work top and now I have black seal showing as no chrome part to cover.”
