“I searched for hours for a double right handed sink & this company was the only one who could provide one! the ordering & delivery was really quick & everyone i dealt with was really pleasant & professional - would recommend & certainly use them in the future!”

“Initially order and delivery were good but when I queried the performance of the tap I was told now it was fitted it was a manufacturers guarantee problem. Which is like buying an I pod from Dixons, finding an initial fault and being told to go to Apple. After being passed from pillar to post the problem was sorted but not happy with after sales service.”

“Nice to deal with and generally competitive on prices. For my recent purchase of 2 sets of sinks and taps I found only one other online supplier that was significantly cheaper. A quick call to SINKS-TAPS.COM and a check with the management and they price matched for me. Why shop elsewhere when you can get want you want close to home in Yorkshire at the lowest price going.”

“Whilst happy with my purchase I was less than happy the enclosed flyer, which if i remember correctly seemed to put a very short limit on time to report defects . Superficially my taps looked fine and only when I came to fit (a week or so later) did I discover that one of the supply threads in the base of the tap was poorly machined. I did have doubts as to whether it would allow a proper connection (but it did) . But a combinination of the defect and the immediate inspection requirement got me wondering whether products were seconds and as such I'd probably chose another supplier in the future . ( I may very well be wrong on this, but thats the impression I formed - so may be something for you to consider)”

“We are not experts in DIY and approached buying a replacement tap with some anxiety. Marrying up the information we had on the tap which was damaged with information on the web site proved to be helpful, the despatch and delivery was very satisfactory, and the local plumber fixed the tap we bought without any problems. A very satisfactory experience.”
