“With initial concerns about the time it would take for my order to arrive, Richard in Customer Services promptly re-assured me that they were doing what they could to expedite orders, and sure enough, my order arrived sooner than I was expecting. Excellent service in these difficult times. And it is comforting to know that emails are not ignored, as happens in too many other businesses nowadays.”

“Excellent service. The tap I wanted was in stock. Sinks-Taps responded quickly after I placed the order on-line. In spite of being in lock-down, the tap arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I had to change the delivery date by one day - perfect! no hitches, smooth delivery. Before placing the order, I read the on-line review which were up-to-date and these convinced me to go ahead.”
