“Good product with good customer service. Delivery method leaves a little to be desired!”

Hi Graham. DPD are usually very good. However in this case the driver had difficulty trying to find your house and the parcel did eventually get delivered a few days later after our Customer Service team became involved. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Regards Cesena.

“My ordered sinks arrived the day after ordering, extremely well packaged , no damage at all.All parts ie waste fittings too as advertised, great service, a small glitch ordering on line but solved next day with a phone call to the office, debit card problem not Sinks-taps .com.delivery bang on time DPD , sinks look perfect.great price too ,and free delivery. very impressed with everything, many thanks Malc.”

“Service is friendly, fast and efficient. Quality excellent. AND they are knowledgeable when the water flow was very poor they knew we needed a gravity fed tap and not a pressurised system and rapidly solved the problem. Highly recommend dealing with them.”
