“At this moment in time it is to early to say if the sink is of good quality, as we have only just fitted it. The only thing I can say about the sink is that it lacks any information regarding the installation of the sink if you are going to install the sink under the counter as we have. On the web site it say’s the the sink can be installed above the counter worktop or below it. They provide the necessary fittings and instructions for above installation but nothing for below installation. When installing the sink for under-counter you have to construct some form of support frame to take the weight of the sink, this is not straight forward as the base of the sink is not flat.”

“Very disappointed so far with Sinks-Taps. I ordered an expensive kitchen tap 12.6.22. The delivery was slow and I had to chase the company to get an update. Which is not ideal. I was told by Richard there had been a delay in Germany which is fair enough in the current climate. The tap turned up on 23.6.22. When the tap arrives it had a small dent and mark (you could see the gold brass) on the handle. Very annoying and frustrating. I've emailed the company asking what I do now but have not had a reply. Very worrying as a reputable business would always reply within 24 hours. I will wait until the end of the week before taking the matter further. It's a real shame as I would much rather be leaving a good review!”

“After a long and detailed internet search for a certain Franke tap, I chose to buy from Sinks-Taps.com because they were not a faceless internet company (i.e - no phone contact), with no human interaction. From past online reviews, I found they had a good reputaion for customer service and interaction. I wanted to speak to someone personally about the purchase I was making, and I found that phone interaction to be pleasant and helpful. They are a relatively local company to me, and they price matched my tap with one of the cheaper priced faceless internet companies. The tap was posted out quickly and was well packaged. I would recommend Sinks-Taps.com :-)”

“telephone order with Richard Richard checked stock availability with Blanco UK in Watford London Uk and rang me back within 1.5 hours ... yes actually rang me back after he had promised to do so ..... not many businesses actually do as they say these days I find The tap arrived directly from Blanco Uk within 5 days and there was a weekend in that time frame too. friendly helpful service from this Yorkshire based company, going above to get the brushed stainless steel Blanco Candor twin leaver tap to us very quickly keep up the good work will use this company 100% again kind regards Ian in Devon”
