“The stainless steel drainer we bought is excellent but I have some comments. 1. It ia a little difficult to remove when accessing the waste disposal unit 2. The edge around the drainer is sharp and could do with being smoothed off 3. Even high end kitchen shops to not stock this item and we had difficulty in locating you. Otherwise the item is great”

“Quick service. Good product. It was a bit disheartening to read a disclaimer next to tap saying that if there is discoloration on the tap that is normal and is just the property of this type of taps. Luckily the one sent to me had no such issues. However, this makes me think twice before ordering again (in a shop I can simply check and select one that is ok: on an expensive tap, the +20% price is worth knowing you are buying what you want).”
