“The sink took a little while to arrive. The delivery driver was exceptionally kind and helpful. Now the sink is fitted it is really lovely and the tap is very elegant - enjoying washing up.”

“Excellent service, However, it is a shame that they do not use their own transport any more, but understand that it was un-viable in the current climate. Although, personally having experienced this would say that it was worth paying a little more for.”

“Very good customer service as I was allowed to exchange an item quite some time after delivery, due it having been supplied with the incorrect finish (Chrome instead of Brushed Steel) The box hadn't been opened prior to us being ready to fit, so it was pristine, but it was a few months after purchase, so thank you. It would have been a shame to have to install one chrome item in a kitchen otherwise full of brushed steel :-)”
