“Really helpful customer service - and friendly. I made a mistake on my order & they kindly let me swap one product for another of the same price - plus their response came in within one working hour! Good quality seed potatoes, too - no"slightly shrivelled" ones" as you get from some suppliers. I like the fact that the customer can choose a delivery period.”

“The printing of information on the packets needs to be waterproof. If there is any water or dampness about in green house etc the printing ink runs and it is difficult to identify seeds. Also packets with low quantities of items i.e 20 or 25 have been found to be below quantities stated.”
