“Simply fantastic! Once again Gareth and his team have helped sort another BTL mortgage for me. I started using Simply about 4 years ago now at a time in my life where due to divorce my credit history left me feeling stuck in a mortgage prison. After taking the leap and speaking to the Simply Lending team they helped me gain a new mortgage with a high street lender and have since helped me with purchasing multiple properties since which I never thought possible. Highly recommend!”

“Absolutely helpful and friendly especially the help I have had from Caroline and Zoe they are a credit to your company and I will be certainly recommending your company my friends and family , and these two young ladies too xx I would just like to say if it wasn’t for the help and reassuring I have had I wouldn’t of got through it all as I found it very stressful but the two ladies I have dealt with I canopy fault at all it’s been an”

“I've used Simply for over 4yrs now and cannot recommend them enough! I initially used them after going through a divorce and not having a great credit score and the team at Simply were great in dealing with my personal circumstances and finding me a mortgage deal. Since then I've used them for re-mortgages and for my partners mortgage and more recently changing my residential to a BTL too. Although my credit file is now fine and i don't need to use Simply anymore, I do because of the teams expertise and knowledge. Simply have helped me progress from securing my own residential property through to starting my property portfolio journey....Thank you Simply....I Simply couldn't have done it without you!”

“Communication was 10 stars. Oliver kept me up to date and on top of my situation the whole time. I understood that my situation was a bit rocky and frustrating but we got the result we needed at the end of it and very pleased with the service received. Would certainly reccomend to all this company.”
