“From the moment I spoke with Jamie I knew instantly I was in good hands. After a rocky start to our mortgage journey with another broker I was recommended to get hold of Simply Lending. Due to our circumstances our lending options were very limited however Jamie and Jackie got us a mortgage offer within 5 days of applying and we are on our way to be in our dream home within a few months. If I could give more stars I would - we cant thank you guys enough for helping us change our lives for the better.”

“I've had a brilliant service throughout my re-mortgaging process. I would highly recommend Simply Lending Solutions. “Myself and my partner are beyond grateful to the team, especially to Ava and Jon who were nothing but dedicated, responsive, supportive and helpful in every way in order to get our mortgage offer over the line for us in the timeframe. “Ava and Nathan at Simply Lending have been miracle workers. I never thought we would be able to get a mortgage, but they have made the whole process a breeze. Both Ava and Nathan have helped us through the mortgage application process, Nathan got us a mortgage in principal in a few hours and Ava has supported us through the underwriting process. They have both been super professional but also friendly and open and honest at every step. Our expectations have been managed incredibly well from start to finish. “Charlotte was Brilliant and got a decision in principal we was then passed who over to our casemanager Karen davey who was awesome and secured the deal, we had great communication off them both and quick responses to any questions we had. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them or infact any of the others we dealt with if they wasn't available like Alex and jade. I'd highly recommend these people to anybody going forward. You have managed to do what we thought would be impossible for us. We are so grateful to you all. I will endeavour to deal with you again if and when we need too in the future with not hesitation at all. A BIG THANKS TO YOU ALL”

“Trusting a company you choose from a Google search can be a bit of a gamble, however finding Simply Lending is one of my life's big wins! Navigating through the daunting task of applying for a mortgage with an imperfect credit rating, and being self employed certainly added to the challenge. I contacted simply lending by using an online form on their website. The next day I was called by Alex who made me feel at ease and explained all about Simply lending, the process and the fees. The fact that you don't pay a penny until a formal offer is received meant the risk was zero. The whole team gathered all of my information, and correlated it (which I imagine wasn't easy). Jackie then checked everything an submitted my application to a high street bank with a very competitive rate. Four working days later I received a formal offer. Absolutely zero stress and always felt I was dealing with professionals who knew their game from all angles. So basically I just gave them the information they needed and they took charge of everything else whilst updating me on the progress. I am so delighted with you all for all the work you have done, this is a life changer, I can't thank you all enough and will always recommend your services. Amazing.!!”

“Alex,Charlotte and Ava’s extremely hard work has made the dream of buying our first home a reality After months of back and forth we finally got our mortgage offer in By no means was our mortgage simple and it took a lot of work and patience from the team at simply but they worked non stop and were more than patient with me and answered all my needs very quickly”

“Had amazing support from my broker Nathan and from Jackie in the case management team. They never gave up on getting my remortgage through and I was so pleased with my final offer.
