“I just wanted to say a huge thank you for turning around my online order so incredibly quickly! Bought it after breakfast on Thursday and it arrived before lunch next day on Friday. “I needed a vanity unit quickly as the one that I ordered didn't work for my cloakroom. Simply Bathrooms had the perfect vanity and they provided great customer service over the phone. It was so nice to be able to speak to a person rather than using chat! The vanity unit arrived within 3 days as stated and it is perfect.”

“Arrived as requested. No real problems. I would have given 5* but my order did not arrive for a week although they state 24 hour despatch. I thought this might be due to New Year but a phone call to them was needed to ascertain that the item was not in stock! An email explaining this would have been appreciated.”
