It was a pretty turban but it arrived far too late. I was told 2-3 week delivery but it was almost 8 weeks and therefore didn’t arrive in time for the end. Returned.

My order was delayed due to back order. I was told 2 weeks but 3 weeks later nobody had contacted me. I ordered on 21st November and expect my delivery today, 6 weeks later. Not good enough. Maybe put out of stock on website if not in stock .

was very dissapointed with wig it really looked like one the colour sould have been with a faint hint of pink but i disagree sent it back

The service provider was very nice and accommodating by sending part of my order but unfortunately the style does not suit me and I didn’t rate the quality as it looked thin and see through! Still awaiting the second headwear! I wonder if I can return product?

The wig is beautiful. Slightly on the small side of medium but very natural. Lighter than I expected with dark roots but very nice. However, the reason I have only given a 2 star rating was because of the extortionate 15% return charge. That would have been £187 in my case. I won’t be buying from Simply Wigs again while this awful charge remains. A real shame.

I was really disappointed with my recent purchase as it was advertised as being previously called Revlon Tease. The hairpiece I received was half the volume and not nearly as full as advertised

I have alopecia and I've had to wear a wig for years now.i always buy from simply wigs.why would I change when people always ask me who is my hair dresser..I love the volume of this wig.hope it doesn't get expired.it would break my heart.thank you very much.x

In fact I did not want to give my review unless it is honest, so I gave it a go for almost 4 months ,the hair quality is not even average comparing to its highly cost which is in fact a price of a human hair not a synthetic one , i do not even wear it quite often or in a daily basis but unfortunately it got tangled and messy very fast moreover the cap got loose and I have to make fit by using solid snap clips to hold it on my head .I'm really disappointed and not happy with my purchase. It is not worth it the money I spent at all.

The fit is loose therefore not secure. Obviously one size does not fit all. Also hair texture is stiffish . Does not sit well well on the head.

The customer service is absolutely excellent the choice is really good too. Only problem is stock is not readily available and you cannot guarantee it will be delivered when waiting 3 to 4 weeks.

I recently purchased a hair topper in Harvest Gold. The topper that arrived looked nothing like Harvest Gold, it was almost black !!! I spoke to an advisor and she said send it back and we will refund the money. I asked if they could let me know if the topper had been sent in the wrong shade of colour and she said it would be looked into and someone would let me know. When I received an email saying my refund was pending I again rang to ask about the colour, explaining that I was now hesitant to order because of the mix up. I received the refund but still have not heard if the colour sent was the wrong shade. Feel disappointed because I also sent a note with the returned topper asking for clarification.
