“So often hair loss is considered unfortunate but " it is only hair!" The reality is that for most sufferers it is life changing and trying to find the right wig can be daunting. Thank goodness for Simply Wigs. Your product range and Customer Service is amazing. You are so friendly and helpful and made the whole buying experience a pleasure. Thank you.”

“Amazing customer service. Quick, helpful replies. As a 77 year old I needed a grey/white wig that was short but a bit 'with it' - Anise is perfect, and husband and friends are amazed at how good I look! I love it, and Simply wigs have been brilliant. I have ordered another wig, slightly shorter, for when 'I've been to the hairdressers!' I highly recommend them.”

When I phoned the young lady I spoke to ,she was lovely and I felt very confident. which is what you need when dealing with hair loss . “I'm late to reply so apologies. I have been using Simply Wigs for a good few years now and quite simply they are by far and away the best place I have ever used for wigs. Their customer service is faultless and, as I have said before, I only wish they had been around when I was first purchasing wigs years and years ago. I made a mess of my online order and they were so kind to call me up straight away to sort out the problem which was definitely my fault. Even in lockdown I managed to go up to the store to make a purchase which despite the restrictions was brilliant and they couldn't have been better. Seriously if you need to buy a wig don't hesitate to use this company.”
