“I purchased 2 wigs online, but when they arrived they were not suitable, so I rang for a returns code. I spoke to a lovely lady called Sue and I explained that my hair is very fine and lacks body or volume and the wigs were much too big and bushy! She told me that I should be looking at hand tied wigs instead. So I looked and found a couple that I really liked, then I booked an appointment at simply wigs and was lucky enough to have Sue do my fitting! I bought one of the wigs (Kristi in blonde brownie) And ordered upstage in pale honey blonde, I am eagerly awaiting its arrival!! Everyone at simply wigs whom I have either spoken to or emailed have been so helpful and friendly, I really cannot recommend them highly enough!!”
