“I have purchased many wigs from Simply Wigs over the last five years and they have provided a 5 Star service each time. On the odd occasion that I have needed to phone they have been absolutely charming to deal with and once when I needed to return a wig due to the fact it didn't suit me it was a trouble free experience. “Fraud company quality of wigs really bad won’t give refund”

“I am very new to alopecia and so I have no experience with buying the wigs. I've ordered 2 wigs from Simply Wigs hoping one of them will suit me, however despite both of them being beautiful they did not fit me right and so I had to return them. I phoned Simple Wigs to authorise the return and the lady on the phone couldn't be any nicer. The whole process was very straight forward and hassle free. I am still searching for a right fit and I hope that the next one will be the one 🙏”

“Keeping hair enhancer, wasn’t 100% happy as found the parting very obvious. My fault as thought all wigs etc were real hair.”

“Worst purchase I’ve made from SW The back of the tape does not come off, no matter how hard you try! Really disappointing!”
