“I highly recommend this wonderful company. The service I received was first class in every way. The website is easy to use and expert staff are available to advise on the telephone. The guidance given to me was appropriate and very useful. Staff are kind, they want to help and they clearly care. The service is extremely efficient. My wigs arrived in 48 hours and what did not suit was returned and refunded within two days. If you are looking for an expert, professional, efficient, kind and helpful company use this one. You will be very pleased.”

“I sent for 3 wigs after a chat with someone on the phone , can’t remember their name but they were very helpful , unfortunately the wigs were not right for me and I returned them , after phoning SW again they advised me to go to their premises to try some wigs and get their expert advice which I was really grateful for , I’ll be making an appointment in the new year , after the phone conversations on both occasions I was left feeling a lot better about the way forward wearing a wig . The girls were very helpful indeed , I’m looking forward to my visit .”

“I am always amazed and delighted by Simply Wigs service and over the years they have helped me to come to terms with, what has probably been, one of the biggest problems of my life : that of hair loss . However the last wig I ordered I had to return . It was a delightful style but I have reached a stage where I need to make changes and this leads me on to make a request and this is for Simply Wigs to make some videos on the subject of texture and colour change as one gets older . As a natural blonde I cannot just go grey , blondes don’t and also the texture needs to be much lighter to look believable. I feel I’ve reached a hiatus and need some advice . A visit would be nice but I live in the S.W .”
