“Generally marvellous. This us not a complaint about company but review if Sensi-tac wig tape. I’ve been in tears trying to use ur. It’s impossible to get the tape to separate from the backing. If you’re trying to get out of the house on time forget it. I could only manage one tiny piece after struggling for 10 minutes.”

“I would like to say how simply wigs are so caring and helpful when buying there wigs and hair toppers I have been purchasing hair Toppers for five years now and i have never been disappointed with the service i receive. I would recommend simply wigs to all who are fighting hair loss. I have just bought a new wig and i have three now as my hair is thinning more. I can honestly say i have been guided and helped so much by the ladies who work there I want to say a big thank you Simply Wigs for all the help you give to all who suffer hair loss”

“I simply love, love, love my Simply Wigs. I've bought a few and been absolutely delighted with every one of them. The quality is excellent, they are really good value and they are so comfortable and easy to wear. They don't look like wigs and they have given me back my confidence after losing my hair to chemotherapy. I'm already thinking about buying another one. If you need or just feel like a wig for a change of look, don't hesitate.”

“What can I say, I haven't said before. In this world where so many care little of others or customers, this company is just amazing! Always so quick to respond, very kind and helpful as I live too far to visit the shop. Excellent prices, quick delivery and easy returns (though I cannot recall returning more than one of the large number I have bought). I would never buy elsewhere as their Friday specials are very tempting. Also a good discount for sharing your photo and loads of very helpful tips. Their slogan should be Simply The Best.”

“Ordered a new wig recently and thought I’d try the petite size. SW took the time to email me asking if I had made a mistake ordering petite as my other wigs were all in average size. I reassured them them and thanked them for taking the time to check with me that my order was correct. But this is typical of this lovely company - they really look after their customers.”

“Customer service is excellent with a no quibble response if I need to return an item. I enjoy the detailed level of information available for each style, the 'what's inside' visuals and the 360degree view. I find that other sites do not quite match Simply Wigs and ai always return to this site whenever I have been tempted elsewhere.”
