“I have used Simply Wigs before and another wig firm . I have decided to stay with SW as they accept returns with no hassle if wig doesn't suit for whatever reason . Lovely and friendly on the phone and nothing is too much trouble. 10/10”

“Excellent product but took five weeks to arrive which was disappointing. It would have been appreciated to have been informed that there was a delay on the product so that an alternative could have been ordered.”

“I recently ordered my usual wig but decided to try something different as well but unfortunately it did mot suit me. Both wigs arrived promptly and well packed as usual. I contacted customer service to explain the second wig did nit suit and they immediately informed me how to return it. I was pleasantly suprised how easy it all was and my money was refunded promptly. Brilliant service SW”

“Always an easy experience dealing with Simply Wigs, I've bought quite a number of wigs from them and never had a single issue. Since losing my hair to Chemotherapy I've had blonde wigs but this time I decided to go grey as a few baby hairs growing back now are quite white. I love this wig, the Stella Mono Part wig Modixx Collection by Ellen Wille, and am quite surprised when people say it really suits me. It's very natural looking and the lace front is perfect. The colour is called Silk Grey Mix and I think it's quite a light silvery grey.”

“Even though I had to wait ( not Simply Wigs fault) I was always kept fully informed as to what was happening. When my order did come,I was so impressed with, not only the items, but how they were packed, and presented, and the little chocolate was a nice touch. Lovely company, definitely will use again.”

“The way Simply Wigs give you the opportunity to have 360 degree view , see inside and have a detailed description is so helpful .The stock photos can be very deceptive so to see it on a stand , in the raw , has enabled me to see details how it will be out of the box . I also watch several You tube reviews of any wig I am considering Encouraging patrons to post photographs of themselves wearing the wig you are considering is a real bonus . Also your purchases come beautifully wrapped which enables them to withstand the rigours of the post . I find them very competitive price wise and they are very fair about returns . At the end of the day I consider how much I used to spend maintaining my hair weave system every 2 months . It was around £200 which buys you a good wig , not the end of the world if it turns out not quite right for you .”

“I was really impressed when my new wig arrived. The presentation was beautiful with a beautiful box and purple tissue paper, it just made it feel special and for a woman about to open the box with something that is so important to our looks and how we feel, this was the right start. Well done Simply Wigs, it obvious that you have thought about how you want your customers to feel and thats a rare thing today.”
