“So, so, so pleased with my hair pieces from Simply Wigs…Have ordered 3 different styles of pieces so far, and each one looks lovely….The colour match (Buttered Toast) matched perfectly to my highlighted mid brown hair….Simple to order, and arrived quickly too….was updated regularly as to when it would be delivered….great service…..will definitely order from Simply Wigs again…..one very satisfied customer. “I've purchased from simply wigs twice, both times the service was exceptional. I asked lots of question, they called me to answer and were patient. The wig was a Raquel Welch if I recall correctly, perfect colour and great style. That got lost by Royal Mail and was replaced, no fuss, which I really appreciated. Most recently I purchased another wig by Jon Renau and needed advice on the colour, they got it exactly right, the wig is fabulous, affordable, soft and great style. I also think it speaks volumes when a company makes the extra effort with packaging and Simply wigs package the wigs beautifully, like a gift and even include a small box with a chocolate, a comb and net for the wig. I'm a loyal customer and will remain so. Thanks Simply Wigs.”

“The items come eventually and are nice but they are very slow at sending them. I had to chase my delivery and all of a sudden it was despatched the day I chased it. I returned an item and requested another colour and again I am waiting days for it to even be despatched. I know I don’t pay the express delivery but it’s like it just takes along time to get to the postage stage.”

“Been using Simply Wigs for years. They are extremely helpful, if you realise you've ordered the wrong colour for example call them and they change the order for you. If wig is out of stock they let you know straight away and offer wait time or cancellation. Wigs arrive promptly and discreetly. With a little treat! Returns (if you don't like it don't brush it,!!) are credited on receipt. Altogether I'm a very happy Customer!”

“Beautiful very comfortable wigs. I have bought three now and I love them. During the lockdowns I couldn’t go to a hairdresser so wearing a wig was a great alternative, but I’m hooked, no spending ages on my own hair, which has got thinner and more difficult to manage. I highly recommend these wigs and Simply Wigs are just great in every way.”
