“Wig arrived, but sadly the colour was not what was expected and overall length was shorter than expected. SW returns policy is simply second to none. Your customer service is brilliant and nothing seems too much. I will re purchase with the style and colour I'm used to.”

“The wig was beautifully presented and packaged with care. The wig was gorgeous and excellent quality, sadly it was too big for mum but Simply Wigs were supportive and helpful and we were able to return the wig and receive a full refund with no fuss. “SW have the best website and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The only downside for me is I have to place an order on the phone as I'm not good with technology and therefore have to pay the VAT and then claim it back.”

“I have used Simply wigs many times now, I love how much choice they have and how helpful they are should you need any advice on any products. Whenever Ive had a query they have always responded to my emails so quickly. My orders always arrive so carefully and beautifully packaged, I'm always kept up to date beforehand with my order, which is good, because I have used another company in the past (purely because what I wanted wasn't stocked by simply wigs) and let's say the whole experience was just disappointing, I constantly had to chase my order, no communication whatsoever. Thankyou Simply Wigs.”

“Harper by Henry Margu is an absolutely gorgeous style. It fit my head perfectly right away and looks amazing. I bought it in color 10/613GR. While many reviews describe this as a blonde wig, it is not. The hair is grey—light grey, but still grey. I see no hint of platinum in it. I'll use it as my camera wig because it somehow translates so good on pictures and doesn't show the colour it really is, but not for everyday wear. I will definitely buy this wig again, but in another colour. Simply Wigs’ service has been outstanding, with clear communication throughout the process and no hidden surprises. I am very happy with this purchase.”
