“This was my first time ordering a topper online and I couldn’t have wished for better service. I emailed a question that was answered promptly and helped me make my decision. I then ordered an Ellen Wille topper that came from Germany, and unfortunately there was a couple of weeks delay to the delivery due Brexit backlogs at the border (it was January 2021 and all Ellen Wille retailers had the same problem). Simply Wigs offered me the chance to cancel and then kept me updated regularly with personal and reassuring emails. The wig was worth waiting for - its my perfect ‘helper hair’ and I’ve worn it every day since! In fact, I’ve just ordered another identical topper and another in a slightly darker shade. I can’t wait to receive them - in their pretty purple packaging with a chocolate nestled inside ❤️. I should add that I also bought a topper that didn’t suit at all, and the returns process was really straight forward. Highly recommended!”

“As I have never had a wig before I was a little nervous. I bought the Raquel Welch short style and I love it! My hair is very fine and thinning now I'm in my 70's and I have to get used to having to having so much now - but am sure I will get used to it. Thankyou.”
