“I've ordered a few times from Simply Wigs and all my items have been great. Packing and delivery excellent too. Simply wigs have so many ranges in styles, colours, lengths and brands, as well as price ranges. Something for everyone's pocket. Simply wigs are my first go to provider in wigs now.”

“Having got alopecia 11 years ago I have always worn a Noriko wig & found it to be just right . I have just purchased another & realise I've left it too long as the new one is excellent - the same colour, super fit & a nice bounce. Simply Wigs service is excellent , I shall be back for another soon - makes it easier to wash & wear having 2. Keep up your good work! Judith Ross”

“Quality of the hairpiece is fine for the price. Arrived in good time. But I ordered Platinum colour, unfortunately it is more of a yellow blonde colour so odes not match my hair colour so now I will have to colour my hair to match the hairpiece.”

“Avoid this company - they will not refund if the wig proves unsuitable ! I ordered the easi-fringe topper. It was completely unsuitable for my fine hair type and looked like an obvious wig when I tried it on. I called the company and asked for advice - they suggested I try an alternative style. Thankfully I waited before ordering the other style. I repackaged the item and returned it at my own cost. It was packaged in the same way as it arrived to me. I was denied a refund on the basis that the packaging tissue was ‘scrunched up’ and the wig was heavily perfumed - well, not by me!!! I appreciate that company’s need to take care that items are not used and returned - this item was not used. It was tried on and then returned. Very disappointed.”

“I love the Gisela Mayer New Lifestyle wig!,, It totally cuts the mustard!! The color is perfect! I usually require my wigs to have a lace front for versatility . Your website did say that this wig had lace...but it does not. That was a little disappointing but I love it so much that Ivwill wear wear it without lace! Your customer service is excellent. “Great service from simply wigs. I ordered two wigs, I changed my mind about the colour and rang the company who were lovely and changed my order for me. I returned one of the wigs as it didn’t suit me and return couldn’t have been simpler. So pleased with my Simmer elite, I’ve had a few compliments about hair whilst wearing it which has really boosted my confidence since losing my bio hair a few years ago. Thanks Simply wigs!”

“I have been using Simply Wigs for some years and have always found them very helpful, professional and empathetic. It can be a very stressful process when looking for a wig but the website is very easy to navigate and the 360 degree view facility, is so helpful along with all the detailed information. The ordering system is not complicated and you are kept updated regularly with regards to your delivery. Love the packaging and my chocolate. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. Well done to all the team.”

“Great choice of wigs and fabulous service in terms of delivery, telephone advice and refunds in the event of your choice not being quite right. One tip though - if you want an appointment at the shop - book well ahead - these guys are busy!”

“I bought a wig from Simply wigs to wear for a show - so relatively trivial compared with most people who need to wear wigs. But the advice given was absolutely brillian, delivery was really fast and the quality excellent. More recently I bought another wig which turned out to be completely wrong for me. The return service was also exemplary. The customer service lady understood immediately why I needed to return the wig. Return and refund was extremely fast. I will buy another in due course and would suggest you don't need to try any other company as the choice is also fantastic!!”
