“The ordering process was simple. It was only after completing the order (January 2020) that it became apparent that I would be waiting several months for the chosen wig to arrive, in part because of the pandemic. However the sales team did keep me advised and did offer to cancel and refund the order, and then let me know when the wig was back on stock or at least available from the supplier so I could re-order. I opted to just be patient, and in fact it did turn up after about 6 weeks, so not too bad. All told, very helpful people and when things were not going to plan, I was given clear choices, plus advice on possible alternative wigs if I needed something in a hurry. I have been wearing the wig now since the end of February (a Diamond human hair wig), almost every day. It still looks great, and as I do not use any heat-based styling, and wash it very carefully as infrequently as possible, 6 months on it is still in good condition and worn daily.”

“Suffering from acute psoriasis which results in my having to keep a shaved head, I have worn wigs for many years now. I have opted in the past for fun, coloured, bright wigs but wanted something a bit more natural. I searched and searched the internet for the styles I wanted but was not convinced that the sites I searched were genuine and I didn't have faith in their products, Then I found Simply Wigs. With so much choice, so many styles, in every colour you could want, I set to ordering and I am not disappointed. The wig is made extremely well and you would not know it is not real hair. I was unsure of the colour at first but customer services assured me that if I did not like it I could simply exchange or get a refund. After wearing it however, I fell in love with it. Yes, some of the wigs seem a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for and I personally believe that a couple of hundred pounds is easily worth the self esteem it brings from feeling comfortable with yourself. I have just ordered 2 more wigs. I am very happy with their products and customer service. Give them a try, I promise you won't be disappointed. A very happy Simply Wigs customer :-)”

“I am totally delighted with my recent purchases from Simply Wigs. The hair enhancers blend beautifully with my own mid-length style, cover the T section and are comfortable to wear all day. I also purchased the shampoo and conditioner and all the goods arrived promptly with an adorable little "free gift" too. A great site and (amazingly), only in the next village to me!”
