“The Telephone conversation was very good and the person on the other end was very helpful. I have one small criticism , that the wig was a bit on the large size, most of my other wigs once a bit older with wear require to have the tabs tighten. With this wig I have had tighten the tab from the start.”

“Brilliant and efficient service from Becca , manager at Customer Services. Product didn’t arrive, Becca responded to my email very promptly: email sent over the weekend and response came in before 9am Monday morning. The product had got lost in the post, but as Simply Wigs had sent it as a tracked item, this was quickly sorted and a replacement was sent out immediately, arriving very swiftly. It was the wig spray conditioner, which I had bought before and have been very pleased with.”

“I can’t praise Simply Wigs enough, especially Liv from the customer service team. The two wigs I ordered weren’t available in the colour I wanted and Liv spent a long time on the phone with me over a couple of days checking out styles for me and matching colour swatches between different brands. Then checking that they were in stock at the suppliers. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Great customer service and I am delighted with my new wigs”

“Loved the wig. Customer services was great. The wig I ordered was not in stock in the colour I wanted but I was given the option of a refund, to wait or to order in a different colour. I chose a different colour and the delivery was fast. The wig is fabulous and looks great on.”
