“I've had the harsh form of Alopecia (Universalis) for over 10 years now. I need a wig and have a very small head (21"). I tried to get a wig to fit me, but even a petite one was huge and came down over my eyes. I returned it and Simply Wigs made no fuss whatsoever and refunded me. Soon, I will pluck up the courage to try again and buy a very petite wig from them this time. It's not a pleasure needing a wig, but it has been a pleasure doing business with this company. Thank you.”

“I lost all my hair 8 years ago and was offered wigs via the NHS prescription service. However, the choice was limited and the prescription charge was equal to the cost of the wider choice Simply Wigs offer. Over these years I have changed my style several times and have always received excellent service. I find the ability to try a wig at home rather than in a MacMillan Centre, which is the only option offered by my NHS service, is less traumatic. The returns service provided by Simply Wigs is easy and gives me the freedom to be more adventurous.”

“In general I very much support the service that Simply Wigs provides. The ability to try a wig and return if it doesn't suit you and the very competitive prices. Nevertheless, I recently ordered a Dahlia wig by Natural Collection, the wig, when it arrived looked nothing like the photo on the website. I admit that I hadn't noticed there was a 360 view and a video, these both did look like the wig I received but I can't see the point of putting a photo, which looks nothing like the actual wig”
