“Used to purchase my wigs from a rival company, but now wouldn't buy them from anywhere else!Very helpful staff and lovely packaged wigs. Chocolate a nice added thought too!”

“I have been using Simply Wigs for some years now and I find them a pleasure to deal with. There is ALWAYS a real person to talk to on the phone, not a robot :) I recently bought a new style of wig for a special occasion but when I got it, it turned out to be entirely unsuitable because I chose it in haste. It made me look like a certain ex president of the USA :( I phoned Simply Wigs (there is never a queue on the phones) and spoke to Laura who was so empathetic and agreed to refund the purchase price immediately. I chose another wig after a chat with Laura - her product knowlege is excellent. This was dispatched immediately. I'm delighted with my new purchase. The company always keep their customer up to date about their purchase and the status of any refund etc. Well done Simply Wigs - I would never deal with any other company. Thank you (oh, and the chocolates are always a treat) Jan in Gosport.”

“What a difference you people make! Such a friendly helpful company. Customer service whether by phone or email is fantastic. Everyone is so approachable and supportive. The wide range of wigs and hairpieces gives so much choice and the descriptions are really accurate and helpful. Delivery returns and refunds have been straightforward. Suffering from alopecia was such demoralising experience until I discovered you and the help and support you provide. Thank you so much”

“After gradually losing my hair to the extent that I could not cover my bald patches up any longer I decided to purchase a wig . The winner Raquel Welsh in chocolate copper is now my favourite.I am a petite size and I forget I'm wearing It it's so comfortable. Very easy to purchase , It comes gift wrapped with an added chocolate.Thank you SW for giving me my confidence back .”

“I bought the Natural Image Fantasy Wig - Strawberry Glow. The colour is amazing and I am able to wear off my face in a clip and the wig looks so natural. Great feel, great colour, great wig. I've had so many compliments.”

“I am a new wig wearer and the Petite Pixie is my first purchase from Simply Wigs .I have a very small head and the Petite Pixie is a very good fit, it feels light, snug and secure. It is longer than advertised, and i will get a stylist to trim it to my exact liking. I have been able to wear it all day, without getting too hot or itchy.”
