“I have been a wig wearer for almost ten years. I have never been disappointed by SW's customer service, delivery times, quality of products or range of styles/ brands. They are the only place I shop for wigs, wig care and accessories. Outstanding!”

“Service was exceptional as was delivery, the topper colour was perfect,however, the part closest to the head was very thick with a matted appearance. It felt like a rug sitting on my head and spoiled the rest of the topper which looked very natural indeed.”

“I had to send the wig I ordered back as it didn't look the same as the picture. The hair was longer than I thought. But as usual a very simple returns policy and my money back ready to find my next wig”

“Excellent experience again from Simply Wigs. Ordered when a discount was on but rang and said I would be on holiday when the wig was due in from Germany. Lady at SW was very helpful and they didn't despatch it to me until I was home so I could still get the discount.”
