“Really pleased with the customer care I received from Emmajay , she’s so helpful and caring , really gives her time and expert advice . On the downside it would be easier for me if I could pop in with returns as I am nearby . It’s very costly returning by post .”

“I can only describe the service from Simply Wigs in superlatives, what a great online company! I have ordered almost all of my wigs or hair enhancers from here and the service is prompt and efficient, the chocolate is an added bonus! Simply Wigs understands that some of their clients are at their most vulnerable, having lost their hair through alopecia or, in my case, cancer treatment They have a caring approach which is refreshing. “I can't praise SW enough, I had a problem with one of my units, I contacted re fault and after returning the wig for QC it was returned to manufacturer and a replacement was dispatched as soon as it became available. “Very impressed with service. Wig came arrived within 5 days and unfortunately I had to return it but three days after posting it, I got an E Mail saying it had been received and I immediately got my refund.”
