“Customer service is excellent with a no quibble response if I need to return an item. I enjoy the detailed level of information available for each style, the 'what's inside' visuals and the 360degree view. I find that other sites do not quite match Simply Wigs and ai always return to this site whenever I have been tempted elsewhere.”

“I have found it very easy to deal with this company. Very friendly, helpful staff. Having to wear a wig, due to hair loss, can be very traumatic.It makes a huge difference when staff are helpful .”

I think I’ve found ‘my’ colour now but I’m still trying different lengths (although I’m definitely more comfortable with shorter ones). “We’ll informed through the whole ordering and delivery process. Excellent product for the price point. Looks great on. My previous wigs (for cosplay) have all been the cheap end of the market. While I didn’t want to spend hundreds, I did want to upgrade to a more “real” look. This finishes off my outfit perfectly.”

“I can’t recommend your company highly enough. I ordered a wig online which did not suit me at all and there was no hassle in returning it. Customer service team was very helpful. I was told I could order 4 wigs in to try at the shop and thought this would be the better option. It was. I found just the right wig. Sue at the shop was lovely. She was so friendly and kind and very helpful. She is a credit to your company. She also saved me money by informing me I was eligible to not pay VAT as I have hair loss due to a medical condition. Thank you all for your help. Much appreciated.”

“I have alopecia and total hair loss and have been buying my wigs from Simply Wigs for several years. The service is great, the choice of wigs is many and varied and the staff are so helpful if you are unsure of colour/style etc. It's a real community and the 'Whispers from a Wig Wearer' articles are always inspiring. My colleagues at work were amazed that I was wearing a wig when I first began wearing wigs, as it was very similar in style to my own hairstyle at the time but looked much better. As time went by and I lost all of my hair, wigs were a necessity. I am a devoted Simply Wigs customer and would never dream of going anywhere else! I now live in the West Country but if I am ever up in West Yorkshire I will certainly book an appointment to come and visit the shop.”
