“My experience with customer service was not brilliant - I thought the girl was off handed and patronising. I couldn’t find the link to the return label and had to ring twice . I then had to ask for the address to write manually. The actual return processing was quick and trouble free. I found the repeated taped reminders about how great the customer service team was , grating to say the least. I had a completely different more positive experience with a rival company.”

“I've been a customer for many years, at least 7 that I can think of. During that time I've bought 10 wigs to cover my alopecia and I've never had a problem. Even when the horrible 'VID delayed the world, communications were excellent and I knew what was happening. Oh, and I love the little chocolate. My other half steals it every timer. They've come to expect it so don't you dare stop doing it ;)”
